EPINUSD. TERMS OF SERVICE

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING THE TERMS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
These Terms of Service and any amendments and amendments to this document (the “Agreement”) allow buyers and sellers of Digital Assets (This term is used broadly to include digital currencies, including Bitcoin, Tether, and others supported in an Epinusd wallet) to transact with each other. to provide a platform (“Platform”) to enable participation in this Agreement, to provide moderated digital wallet services, to release Digital Assets as set forth in the instructions following completion of the purchase of Digital Assets, and other services specified in this Agreement (collectively the “Services” and individually the “Services”). ”), Epinusd USA, Inc. (collectively, “Epinusd” or “we” or “us” or “the company”), including but not limited to Epinusd Inc. and all its affiliates to you as an individual (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "you") is a legal contract covering the services of Epinusd. Epinusd.com and related Services are owned and operated by Epinusd. Your use of the Services is subject to this Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and E-Signed Consent Consent.
THESE TERMS REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF COURT TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES.
When you sign up to use an account via Epinusd.com or associated websites, URLs, APIs or mobile applications operated by Epinusd (collectively the “Epinusd Website” or “Website”), our Privacy policy and Cookie policy and E- You confirm that you have carefully and completely read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the Signature Consent Consent.
THE VALUE OF DIGITAL ASSETS MAY RISE OR DECREASE AND YOU RISK SERIOUSLY LOSSING MONEY FROM BUYING, SELLING, HOLDING OR INVESTING DIGITAL ASSETS. IN THE LIGHT OF YOUR FINANCIAL STATUS, YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHETHER IT IS SUITABLE FOR YOU TO BUY OR HOLD DIGITAL ASSETS.
About Epinusd and its Service
Epinusd is a leading peer-to-peer trading platform that accepts over 300 payment methods for digital assets, facilitating the buying and selling of digital assets with merchants. Payment methods are negotiated and agreed upon on an interpersonal basis between buyers in the Market (“Buyers”) and sellers in the Market (“Sellers”). Our users agree on which payment methods they will use to complete a transaction, and they are entirely responsible and obligated to use these payment methods legally.
Epinusd also offers moderated digital wallet services through a leading global digital asset wallet provider. Our worldwide user base may post offers to buy or sell Digital Assets through a variety of convenient methods. The bidder is responsible for listing the terms of the transaction, including the payment methods the Seller will accept. Once an offer has been selected by another Epinusd user, the Seller's Digital Assets are locked as part of our trading procedures (we refer to this as the "Epinusd Escrow") until all necessary conditions are met to complete the transaction. The sale is complete and the Digital Assets are unlocked from escrow and transferred by the Seller to the Buyer once the Buyer completes the terms of the transaction and payment is deemed valid and received by the Seller. Epinusd DOES NOT ACT LIKE A PAYMENT PROCESSOR. ALL RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND AND RECEIVE PAYMENTS AND TO CONFIRM THE VALIDITY OF TRANSACTIONS IS BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER. If the Buyer chooses to cancel the transaction, the Digital Assets we have locked will be sent back to the Seller. The seller cannot cancel the transaction at any point. The Seller only has the option to unlock the Digital Assets and transfer them to the Buyer. This is for Buyer security protection. If a Seller is required by the Buyer to cancel the transaction because it does not follow the terms of the transaction, he must initiate an objection and give a reason as further described in Section 8 of this Agreement. Transactions on our website are made between Buyers and Sellers. Accordingly, Epinusd is not a party to any transaction.
The hosted digital currency wallet service offered by Epinusd is a secure method for storing, sending and receiving digital currency. Epinusd does not store or monitor any Digital Assets. Digital Assets are always stored on their own network or blockchain. All digital currency transactions take place on the digital currency network, not on Epinusd. There is no guarantee that the transaction will be processed on the digital currency network. Epinusd reserves the right to refuse to take any action if required by law or if we consider that the transactions are contrary to our terms and conditions in this Agreement. You hereby confirm that you take full responsibility for all activities that occur within your wallet and accept the risks of authorized or unauthorized access to your wallet to the maximum extent permitted by law.
