Digital Products & Delivery Policy

Information regarding digital products and the delivery policy.

Status: ACTIVE - PUBLISH | Effective date: 09.10.2026

1. Scope

This policy explains how EPINUSD supplies Digital Products and how customers should verify product compatibility before ordering.

2. Product types

Products may include gift cards, e-pins, prepaid codes, game keys, licenses, vouchers, game currency, direct top-ups, in-game items and other electronic entitlements.

3. Product sourcing

Products may be sourced in real time through distributor APIs or supplied from EPINUSD's own pre-purchased inventory. Supplier availability can change without notice. A product appearing in the catalogue does not guarantee that an upstream supplier will successfully fulfill every order.

4. Delivery to registered users

Unless the product page states otherwise, a registered user's code or digital entitlement is delivered through the My Orders/order area of the EPINUSD account. EPINUSD does not need to send a duplicate email containing the code where account delivery is the stated method.

5. Guest checkout

Where guest checkout is offered, eligible products may be delivered to the email address entered during checkout or through another delivery method clearly shown before payment. The customer must ensure that the address is correct and accessible.

6. Direct top-up products

Where a product supports direct top-up, the customer may be required to enter a game ID, user ID, server, region or similar identifier. Delivery is complete when the relevant provider confirms the top-up to the supplied destination. Customers must verify the destination before ordering because many top-ups cannot be reversed.

7. Delivery timing

Many products are delivered automatically after successful payment confirmation. Others may require supplier processing or manual review. Any specific estimated delivery time displayed for the product should be treated as the applicable estimate, subject to payment confirmation, supplier availability and security review.

8. When delivery is complete

Delivery is complete when a code, key or entitlement is made accessible through the stated delivery channel, or a direct top-up is confirmed as credited. Delivery logs and supplier confirmations may be used to determine delivery status.

9. Region, platform and activation requirements

The customer must check all product restrictions before purchase. A product may require a particular country/region, account region, platform, device, game edition, currency or activation method. Issuer restrictions can change and the product page should be reviewed at the time of purchase.

10. Code security

Treat delivered codes and keys as confidential. EPINUSD is not responsible for unauthorized use after a valid code has been delivered and exposed through the customer's account or delivery channel, unless the unauthorized use resulted from EPINUSD's own breach or another responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Delivery problems

If delivery fails or a product appears invalid, contact [email protected]. Remedies are determined under the Refund & Cancellation Policy after appropriate investigation.

12. Third-party issuer rules

Activation and use may be subject to the issuer's terms. EPINUSD cannot guarantee continued operation of an issuer's service, game, platform or account after valid delivery.
