Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities Policy

This policy governs how users may access and use EPINUSD. It is designed for a global digital-product platform and does not assume that users can currently create public marketplace listings.

1. Unlawful use

You may not use EPINUSD to facilitate conduct that is unlawful under applicable law, to obtain products using criminal proceeds, or to evade legal restrictions.

2. Fraud and payment abuse

• Using stolen or unauthorized payment credentials or funds.
• Submitting false refund, non-delivery or invalid-code claims.
• Manipulating payment, balance, promotion or referral systems.
• Attempting to launder funds or use EPINUSD as a value-transfer mechanism.
• Using cryptocurrency payments to evade sanctions, fraud controls or payment-provider rules.

3. Account abuse

• Accessing another person's account without authorization.
• Selling or transferring EPINUSD accounts where not expressly permitted.
• Creating accounts to bypass restrictions, limits or enforcement.
• Providing deliberately false information in a security or dispute investigation.

4. Technical abuse

• Introducing malware, malicious code or denial-of-service activity.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls or access restrictions.
• Automated scraping, crawling or API use that materially interferes with the Platform or is not authorized.
• Probing or exploiting vulnerabilities without authorization.

5. Intellectual-property abuse

You may not use the Platform to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual-property rights, distribute pirated or counterfeit digital goods, or traffic in stolen accounts or credentials.

6. Restricted products and activities

EPINUSD may refuse transactions connected with prohibited or highly regulated goods or services, unlawful gambling, unauthorized financial services, weapons, controlled substances, exploitative or illegal sexual content, child sexual abuse material, terrorist activity, or other activity that EPINUSD or its providers cannot lawfully support.

7. Sanctions and restricted access

Users may not use EPINUSD in violation of applicable trade sanctions, export controls or other binding restrictions. EPINUSD may restrict products, payment methods or access when required by law, an issuer, distributor or payment provider.

8. Enforcement

Depending on severity, EPINUSD may cancel an undelivered order, restrict a transaction, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with a lawful request from a competent authority. Enforcement decisions should be proportionate and do not remove mandatory legal rights.
