How Epinusd Protects Your Information
Protecting the privacy of our users' transactions and ensuring information security are among our primary principles. As Epinusd, we have Level 1 certification, the highest level of PCI Data Security Standard certification. As stated in all our policies; Epinusd takes all kinds of technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security while carrying out data processing activities.
For the security of your transactions, pay particular attention to the following points.
* If you suspect that your identity information, passwords or other string information may have been in the hands of third parties, please notify us immediately via the support line.
* Do not share your personal information in phone calls or electronic correspondence where you are not sure of the identity of the other party.
* Use a secure and up-to-date browser for your Epinusd online transactions.
* Use anti-virus and anti-spyware program. Make sure that you have an up-to-date anti-virus program installed on the computer you use for your Epinusd online transactions. Antivirus programs protect your computer against malicious software.
* You should keep your operating system up-to-date to protect your computer against security vulnerabilities. Please take care to make these updates regularly.
* Before opening e-mails, check their reliability. Do not open suspicious e-mails (especially with attached files) from people you do not know. Under no circumstances does Epinusd request or ask for sensitive information such as customer password or card password and number via e-mail or phone. Never pay attention to e-mails that appear to come from Epinusd, asking you for a user code, password, card or account number, or asking you to update your personal information.
What you need to know for your safety:
* Epinusd will provide access to the customer for the web management interface of the Platform.
* The user is obliged to keep the password confidential, not to disclose it to unauthorized persons and to prevent the use of the password for purposes other than the allocation purpose.
* The user should immediately notify Epinusd if they lose the password. Epinusd will take the necessary actions to prevent the use of the said password and will inform the User of this situation and give a new password as soon as possible.
* The user shall be liable to the extent of his own fault for demonstrably unauthorized misuse of the system or an administrative account, or for unauthorized access to the administrative account.
